北京市演出有限责任公司成立于1958年,原为北京市文化局直属事业单位,2006年改制成为北京国资公司文体板块核心企业,是北京市国资委系统时间最长、影响最大的文化演艺企业,同时担任中国演出行业协会常务理事单位、京津冀演艺联盟理事长单位、北京演出行业协会会长单位。

北演公司成立60年来,凭借专业的策划、制作和执行能力,先后参与完成了2008年北京奥运会、2009年庆祝新中国成立六十周年庆典、2014年北京APEC会议文化活动、2017年“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛伴宴演出等重大国事文化活动,赢得了社会各界广泛赞誉。公司曾先后获得第三届中国十大演出盛世优秀奖、第四届中国十大演出盛世银奖、“北京2008”城市奥运文化活动优秀组织奖、首都国庆六十周年联欢晚会突出贡献奖、2014年北京APEC会议积极贡献奖、2017年“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛突出贡献奖等荣誉。

目前,北演公司以品牌演出、戏剧制作、剧场运营、公共演艺、文化交流、展览展示六大业务板块为核心,开创了人民大会堂•北京新年演出系列、“梦幻水立方”系列演出、张艺谋鸟巢版大型景观歌剧《图兰朵》、“降噪”摇滚•民谣系列音乐会、老舍国际戏剧节等品牌演出;出品制作了《老舍赶集》《二马》《独自温暖》《广陵散》《生命密码》《故宫里的大怪兽》《甄嬛传》等十余部原创话剧,多次获得国内各大戏剧奖项;合作运营北京青年剧场,打造青少年舞台艺术的演出孵化基地;承办运营北京市重点公共文化项目——北京市剧院运营服务平台等,推进了北京乃至全国优秀演艺剧目、文艺院团和剧场资源的协同发展;策划主办文化部“一带一路”文化贸易与投资重点项目——“聆听中国”音乐会丝路巡演等品牌文化交流项目;投资举办第五届京交会“2018中国(北京)音乐产业大会”等品牌会展项目。公司全年演出场次超过500场,基本实现了从项目公司到平台公司的转型升级。

未来,北演公司将紧紧围绕党的十九大精神、全国文化中心建设、京津冀协同发展、北京城市总体规划的部署和要求,坚持专业化、品牌化、产业化、国际化的发展战略,坚持“社会效益为首,经济效益为本”的经营理念,打造以品牌演出、公共演艺为基础,以戏剧、音乐内容创制为核心,以剧院运营、艺术教育为平台,以文化交流、展览展示、文创产品开发为窗口,以文旅演艺、互联网演艺、影视创制等衍生产业为辐射的业务体系,成为北京领先、国内一流、国际知名的演艺集团。

Beijing Artists Management Corp., Ltd. (BJAMC) was founded in 1958 and under the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture. It finished the enterprise restructuring in 2006, and became the major culture and performance unit of Beijing State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. Titles of BJAMC include: executive member of China Association of Performing Arts, general director of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Performing Arts Alliance, and president of Beijing Trade Association for Performances. 

During the period of establishing in the past sixty years, BJAMC has participated in and completed a lot of major state cultural events with its own professional planning, production and execution ability, such as 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the 60th Anniversary Celebration of the Founding of New China, APEC Meeting in Beijing in 2014 and Banquet Performance of ‘The Belt and Road’ Forum for International Cooperation in 2017, and it received the social wide spread praise from all walks of life. BJAMC also owned many honors, such as Excellence Award of the 3rd China’s Top Ten Performance Event, Silver Medal of the 4th China’s Top Ten Performances’ Event, Excellent Organization Prize of the ‘2008 Beijing’ Olympic Cultural Activity, Outstanding Contribution Award of the 60th Anniversary of National Day Gala, Active Contribution Award of APEC Meeting in Beijing in 2014 and Outstanding Contribution Award of ‘The Belt and Road’ Forum for International Cooperation in 2017.

At present, within the 5 core business parts including brand-events, drama production, theatre operation, public performing arts and cultural exchange, BJAMC has produced numerous high quality performances for audience, among which are: Beijing New Year’s Performance Series in the Great Hall of the People, Spectacular Shows in Water Cube, the grand landscape opera Turandot in Bird’s Nest (directed by Zhang Yimou), and ‘Denoise’ Rock and Folk Concert Series, etc.. BJAMC Drama Studio has produced over 10 original works including: Mr. Ma and Son, Lonely Warmth, A Music from Guangling, Life Code and so on, which had won numerous awards. In order to build a performing base for youth stage art, BJAMC also operated the Beijing Youth Theatre with the cooperative partner. BJAMC operates Beijing’s key public performing art program ---- Beijing Cultural-Service-Platform of Theatre Operation. BJAMC operates nearly 500 shows throughout the year, which means basically it has transformed from Program Company to content provider and operating Platform Company.

In future, BJAMC will closely follow the spirit of 19th CPC National Congress, the construction of national cultural center, the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and the deploy and requirements of Beijing city master plan. BJAMC will further insist on its strategies, which are branding, marketing, internationalization, and industrialization, and insist on its business philosophy, which is, ‘the social benefit is the first and the economic benefit is the base’. BJAMC would like to build a business system, which based on brand-events and public performing arts, with drama and content of music as core, theatre operation and cultural exchange as platform, exhibition and development of copyright exploration as window, film and television, education, Internet and other derivative as radiation, so as to become the mainstay of Beijing culture industry, and the first-class flagship enterprise in China, even an international famous enterprise in the world.
